HOW DO OFFERS WORK?

  • Find the product you want and select the size.
  • Click "Make an Offer", fill out the form, and submit.
  • You are allowed to load more than one item at a time.
  • If your offer meets or exceeds our minimum offer amount, it will be automatically accepted and you will be able to check out.
  • If the offer doesn’t meet the minimum offer amount, it is sent to our queue for review where we will determine to accept or decline.
  • We get a lot of offers, so no promises — and it’s not personal if yours isn’t accepted.
  • If your offer is not accepted, you will not be charged.
  • Charges only occur when offers are accepted, checked out successfully, and payment is processed.
  • All offers that remain pending for more than 5–7 business days typically indicate they were not accepted.
  • If your offer is accepted within that time frame but the item is no longer in stock, the checkout link may show as invalid.
PRODUCT INFO & CARE
  • Please read each product description carefully before ordering. Sizing, fit, and wash details are always listed there.
  • Whether an item is fitted and true to size or box fit and oversized, it is important that customers review this information before purchasing.
  • If you order the wrong size because you did not read, it’s not our fault.
  • If you are unsure about the fit, please reach out to us!
  • Washing instructions will also be listed in the product description.

General Care Guidelines:

  • All cotton-based items (shirts, hoodies, sweatpants, shorts, socks, beanies, etc.) should be washed cool to warm and dried on a low heat setting.
  • Hanging items to dry is always the best method for long-term care and preservation.
  • Any item dried on high heat is subject to color or design fade and shrinkage.
  • If a cotton item shrinks after being dried on high heat, rewashing it and hanging it out to dry may help it return to its original size.
  • Specialty items such as jerseys, mesh items, jackets, fashion pants, and similar products should be dry cleaned only.
  • If not properly cared for, these items may not remain the same as when first purchased — and that is not our responsibility.
  • Special items need to be treated special!
RETURNS & EXCHANGES

  • Returns/Exchanges are accepted within 30 days after the customer receives the item.
  • The item must be unworn and returned in the same packaging it was shipped in (our personalized clear plastic packaging, not the mailer).
  • Customers must include a note inside the package containing their name, email address, and order number — this is very important.
  • Once we receive the return, we will examine the item and reach out for resolution (either exchange, store credit, or refund, if applicable).
  • Refunds will be processed through Shopify using the same payment method used for purchase. Once the refund is processed on our end, the timeframe for funds to appear will depend on the customer’s bank.
  • Customer is responsible for all shipping costs related to returns, exchanges, or refunds unless the issue was on our end (wrong size or item shipped, or damaged goods not caused by the shipping carrier).
  • We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages caused by USPS or any shipping service. Any issues of that nature must be filed directly with the carrier through a shipping claim.
  • We are not responsible for covering replacement costs or lost items unless we determine it appropriate to do so.
  • Items purchased at shows are not eligible for refunds. If a customer wishes to exchange an item purchased at a show or receive store credit without proof of purchase, the exchange or store credit will be issued at the item’s minimum offer price.
  • Leather goods, socks, and underwear are also not returnable.

SHIPPING

  • Items that are in stock will be shipped within 1–3 days from ordering (unless we are on the road for tour — in that case, shipments will go out immediately upon our return).
  • If an item is marked as an Early Access Order, it will ship immediately when it arrives to us. Printed shirts and hoodies can take between 3–5 weeks, and factory items can take 4–6 weeks, depending on the manufacturer, item, and shipping times to us.
  • Our standard shipping service is USPS.
  • International shipping charges are determined by the shipping carrier, not by us.
  • We ship to most countries worldwide.
