Good Compenny Return and Exchange Policy Overview

Thank you for supporting Good Compenny. As you are probably aware by now (or if not) we operate on a unique "proud to pay" model, where customers make offers for our goods, and we accept, decline, or counteroffer based on these proposals. This policy outlines the terms and conditions for exchanges of our goods, including clothing, accessories, and music items.

In-Person Donations at Live Shows-

1. Non-Returnable Goods: Goods acquired at live shows are non-returnable due to the nature of our offer-based model. Please ensure you are satisfied with your selection before completing your donation.

2. Exchanges: Exchanges for in-person donations can be made under the following conditions:
o The item must be unworn, unused, and in its original condition.
o The exchange must be requested within 14 days of the donation date.
o Proof of donation (receipt) must be presented.
o Exchanges are subject to availability. If the desired item is not available, a comparable item may be offered.
o Customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with the exchange.

Online Donations through the Website-

1. Non-Returnable Goods: Goods acquired through our website are generally non-returnable. Exceptions may be made at our discretion based on individual circumstances.

2. Exchanges: Exchanges for online donations can be made under the following conditions:
o The item must be unworn, unused, and in its original condition.
o The exchange must be requested within 30 days of receiving the item.
o Proof of donation (receipt) must be presented.
o Exchanges are subject to availability. If the desired item is not available, a comparable item may be offered. 
o Customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with the exchange,
unless the exchange is due to a defect or error on our part.

Conditions for Non-Exchangable Items-

1. Worn or Damaged Goods: Items that have been worn, used, or damaged after the donationare not eligible for exchange.

2. Non-Returnable Items: Certain items, such as music CDs and vinyls, are non-exchangable unless they are defective or damaged upon receipt.

3. Custom Orders: Custom or personalized items are final sale and cannot be exchanged.

3. Proof of Donation: To process an exchange, proof of your donation (receipt) must be provided. This helps us verify your transaction and expedite the process. Without this, we cannot attempt to, or process your request.
